Finland will meet again at the Tekniikka 2012 exhibition at the
Congress and Exhibition Center Jyväskylä Paviljonki. Organised
since 1979, this automation and production technology event has
established its position as the meeting place beyond compare for the top

The Tekniikka 2012 exhibition is organised by
the Finnish Society for Measurement and Control Technology (SMSY) and
its 15 local organisations together with Jyväskylä Fair Ltd. The
cooperation partners include the Finnish CAD/CAM Association for
engineering systems, The Association of Electrical, Electronics and
Automation Societies in Finland (FINEL) for the electronic design
automation sub-exhibition, and the Nanotechnology Cluster Programme of
Jyväskylä Innovation Ltd. for nanotechnology – the new exhibition area.
Recycling Efficiency Optimisation
The theme selected for the exhibition,
”Recycling, Efficiency, Optimisation”, excellently reflects the
exhibition offer. The core-group of the visitors – management
representatives and professionals of engineering, R&D and production –
are again provided an opportunity to see the latest innovations of the
field and meet with other professionals, all at the same time, under one
roof. The visitor survey of the
2010
exhibition clearly showed that the primary motivational factors
in the exhibition attendance are access to latest information and
comparison and analysis of existing alternatives to support purchase
decisions (93% of attenders in 2010).
